The Beacon Hill Dental Centre strives to provide quality dentistry for people of all ages. At our patient-centred practice Dr. Geoffrey Gay and his team do everything possible to make dental visits pleasant and positive experiences for everyone. We continually work to earn the loyalty of our patients, and expect that we will see second and even third generations.
Ultimately, it is our mission to provide the best possible dental care for our patients and to build a practice which allows us to provide comprehensive care in a comfortable, pleasant setting. Our dental team will treat each patient with dignity, respect, kindness and understanding and show that each patient is valued in this practice.

We certainly don’t do all the talking. We will take the time to sit down with you and give you the personal service and attention you deserve. Customer service and patient treatment are our first priority.

We will provide you with advice and treatment options so you can make an informed decision on your treatment plan. If the situation warrants it, we have relationships to many other general practitioners and specialists in Ottawa as well. Our office has been a staple in the Beacon Hill community of Ottawa since 1992.
We're patient.
We understand that you will have questions, that you may be anxious, and that everyone has a budget to work within.
We also understand that there are a lot of choices out there and you don't need to be rushed.
We will work with you to get the outcome that you want, no matter what your needs are.
We tell it like it is.
If we think you are pointed in the right direction, we will tell you as much.
If we think you are pointed in a direction that might be a little off-course, we will tell you as well. We will share our expertise and experience with you, and help you make the right decision for yourself.
We're low pressure.
Pushy and 'buy now' is not our style. Our approach is casual yet professional and accommodating.
You won't experience high pressure techniques here. You will always be treated with kindness and understanding and given the time that you need to make the decision that is best for you.
We're hands on.
We will take care of you and your entire family personally. When you become one of our patients, you become a member of our family.
That means, we will return your calls, emails and texts at the earliest opportunity, and we will strive to fit you into our schedule as quickly as we can.

We've been here for almost thirty years. Over those years we’ve built positive relationships with many local dentists and specialists. Over this time, we have built an extensive network with our colleagues and we respect each other's experience and expertise.

It's easy to say, but, we do! We do everything we can to help ensure your experience at our office is positive. Emergency issue on short notice? No problem. Questions about insurance coverage? No problem. Email confirmations for appointments instead of phone calls? No problem.
We've been here long enough to know everyone is different and everyone has different needs. Don't worry about what the issue is - just tell us and let us work with you to help resolve it.
